THE PERSONAL SIDE...
As an air force brat born in Mc Allen, Texas, I spent my early childhood moving from state to state. My family ultimately settled in the small Northern California community of Sebastopol.
This small-town country upbringing incorporated not only strong family values, but 4 siblings, numerous horses, steers, pigs, chickens, rabbits, chinchillas, dogs, cats, various rodents and one nasty rooster! I wouldn’t have traded it for the world.
A love of animals and nature is part of my makeup so supporting the Defenders of Wildlife and the Wildlife Waystation is a natural fit for me. In addition, I'm extremely proud of my Husband's profession and as such am a staunch supporter of Law Enforcement and the Los Angeles Police Relief Fund.
As a former Jr. Miss, I've spent many years volunteering my services as Producer and Choreographer for The Los Angeles Young Woman of the Year Scholarship Program, an affiliate of America's Junior Miss, as well as a Judge and Mistress of Ceremonies for numerous local programs. I enjoy volunteering for the annual Prudential California Realty's Golf Classic and have served as President on the Board of the Aldea Dos Vientos Homeowner's Association and continue to volunteer my services.
I also enjoy tapping into my creative side as a voice actor and coach, when time permits, and I'm a member of the Screen Actor's Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists.
My Husband, Tom, also a Licensed Realtor and "Assistant" when needed, is the Love of my Life and our English Chocolate Lab, Grady, keeps us grounded.
Since the early 1980's it has been a privilege to all the Conejo Valley home. You will often see us hiking and cycling the numerous trails of our beautiful Santa Monica Mountains, enjoying breathtaking views and scenery in our own backyard, so be sure to say hi!
I realize how fortunate we are to live and work in this community and it gives me great pleasure to make that dream possible for others.
